Deception and the Beauty Within

January 24, 2010 by Pete Madstone

how things can be hidden

Recently I stumbled across an interesting forum discussion where I decided to get involved. It didn’t take long before someone confronted me with some typical rhetoric of “a beautiful world” and that we must deny the “ugliness that so often tempts us, and draws us away from God.” It was said that I must have some serious demons within me that I must deal with, and that I must seek peace to heal myself, something that is “so obviously needed.” Some comments about Tolle’s pain-body followed.

I am sure that I do have “demons within me”, and am thankful for this, for in the typical dualized-thought that is so popular in this world, I could not deny this. What I deny is any wickedness or evil within this quality. I say again and again, this aspect of ourselves cannot be denied if we wish to be whole, remember who we are, and reclaim what is ours.

Apparently, I dwell upon deception a bit too much for some who want to see a “la-de-da, isn’t this a beautiful world” reality. For me, this is outright denial of the gift of the Adversarial Quality that our One-Consciousness continually offers us so that we can see the beauty in life – not by denial, but by clarity.

Deception is not ugly, but it is seasonal, and it does not exist independently in a real sense, for it always has to be laid over any given truth that it is designed to hide. It needs something within it, something to support it, and that something is truth. Deception paradoxically is a blanket, or layers of blankets laid upon our beds which keep us warm and secure in the winters of our lives. We choose to use these blankets. When the world becomes more harsh and the storms blow hard outside our homes, we like those blankets. As the winter passes, we peel these blankets off our beds, one-by-one until the sun reaches its peak in the sky. The truth lies under these layers of blankets just as we do when the winter settles in, and all nature goes to sleep. Things are eventually exposed in the clear light of summer days, and in the clear light of mind.

Failure to examine or admit the existence of these blankets in your life will have you never see the truth that lies beneath them. Cast them off, as is so easily done, and see the glittering prize beneath. See the way deceptions function, and when the following winters comes, you will not be controlled by them.

Our winter has come to an end – our spring is well-established and a new summer floats on the horizon of another new age. Everything is being brought to light for us all, and within us all – even if we fail to see this. All things exist to reveal truth, for life as we experience it is an evolving, symbolic metaphor.

A Greater Reality

January 6, 2010 by Pete Madstone

oberon and titaniaOberon and Titania, by Sir Joseph Noel Patton, 1849

During the various Inquisitions, the prevailing attitude of the church and its “divinely-inspired” agents of the lord was “Kill them all. God will know his own.”

This attitude was applied mercilessly and exhaustively to any non-christian heretic, such as Witches, Werewolves, Midwives, and Cathars (men and women alike) with great pleasure. However, it was not just non-believers the church wished to destroy.

For those not subjected to brutal torture and burning, help was needed for them so they could enter into the bosom of this benevolent church. For this to happen, belief had to be changed. Psychological warfare was employed to erase the understanding of these other realities and the beings of these non-physical domains. This style of warfare was applied with the same efficacy as any other method. Again, since this enemy could not be killed,  the nether-worlds had to be forgotten or feared. Because these realms were “untouchable”, it was this reality that threatened the church more than anything else — it was in direct competition with the church’s profit-potential. It is nothing new to us today that competition must be eradicated or assimilated, so the only solution to this problem was a great forgetting by the population through misinformation. However, this would prove to be a difficult task in the long run, for here we are today- remembering.

In near-to-physical, parallel and quantum realities, intelligence still exists as it always has, and if we just turn our attention in that direction, we will discover a greater reality. In this reality, life is teeming, and you will not need a church to guide or dictate you behavior and beliefs. A great variety of beings exist in a place that literally touches our skin. This space that we share is filled with, among other things, what are called salamanders, undines, gnomes, sylphs, angels, daemons, and ETs. Unfortunately, applying the names we have to these entities can conjure up wholly inaccurate images in our minds by our arrogance and misunderstanding – this is much like calling an apple a grapefruit, but a fruit is a fruit, and at least we have a point of reference… .

I recently came across the painting shown above, and it struck me so deeply that I had to post it. Like many other paintings, this image reveals something we care not to think of in serious terms. We have chosen to forget certain things for want of material reward and even basic survival in this dog-eat-dog society, but it is time now to forget something else.

We must forget what centuries of repression, oppression and mind-control has done to our awareness of  these other realities, and then choose to remember. We must re-member what our senses are capable perceiving. We must re-member aspects of our world that may not be in the realm of physical matter. It is time to stop dissecting reality and put things back together. It is time to bring these cast-off places back into our world, and work and play within it and with its inhabitants. It is time to bring an attitude of kindness and friendliness into these ancient and timeless places, and then experience  riches beyond anything that could fill our wallets, purses and bank-accounts.

Can you say AMEN to that?

Some More Observations

January 5, 2010 by Pete Madstone

Yes, I must continue. I must say first that my methods might leave a lot to be desired in this highly-volatile information-age where everything happens in the blink of a digital eye. Unfortunately or not, I do not live in a digital world, but a natural one, and this life comes and goes in its rhythms. I have yet to develop a discipline (or rhythm) where I pace my postings with the result being smaller, quicker little spurts of data. I tend, at this point in my life, to have really large ejaculations (of information) with long periods between. So that’s that. . .

We are ALL looking for something, and for those of you who seek mystery outside of yourself, I am sorry to say that you are limiting your reality in a serious way. We go outside of ourselves even when we seek “spiritual fulfilment”. We do this not only with group affiliation, friends, and books, but with spirit guides, elemental royalty, angelic and olympic spirits. These non-physical contacts are a paradox, for even in the WMT, it is alluded to that these things come from within us, but by tradition, we work towards external manifestation. I must clarify that my statement above is said in a very broad way, and not at all critical way. The WMT is held closely to my heart (actually within it) and temples do do great work, as do temple members. I just find one thing is forgotten on a regular basis, and that is that we are individuals. We are all one in a Quantum sort of way, but we are individuals. By forgetting this, our ideas of communion get skewed just a little bit on a daily basis, and we need to remind ourselves that we are each on a personal path. We do not , and cannot,  join any Mystery Temple or School only because the perfect Mystery School lies within us. Each of our schools have common affiliation, and each offers its curriculum suited specifically for the one person attending. This is a good thing, because we each must approach Source in one way, and one way only – our path is an individual path. We each have one.

Bring these paths together in group, but follow no other than yourself. Learn from others and their traditions, but stay your course. Your pattern is no one else’s, and forgetting this will prevent any sort of true communion with others, because group identity easily overshadows the individual.

I have one final observation, and that is as follows:

Postings (even long ones) are easier to do than static webpages.

Some personal observations. . .

You might have noticed a new addition on top of the sidebar with the title “The Voice of the Pyramid”. This book only recently released has received some great praise from John Anthony West, rogue but highly respected Egyptologist, mystic, occult symbolist, anti-NWOist and anti-COPist (meaning Church of Progress). Before continuing, I will use his review to blow the Author’s horn for her. They are as follows -

“If I were a food critic charged with reviewing a meal that was the gastronomic equivalent of THE VOICE OF THE PYRAMID I’d approach that task well-nourished, intrigued … the preparation matched no known culinary tradition.”

The Voice in the Pyramid is “not academic Egyptology, nor any recognizable alternative Egyptology, and yet it ‘feels’ thoroughly Egyptian — supra-rational and at the same time, in its own way, accessible, a profound teaching that is not exactly in plain sight but that functions rather at the edges of inner peripheral vision.

“It is, indeed, a personal vision quest, the material derived from many deep meditation sessions (not to be confused with ‘channelers’ …) It’s not science, scholarship, symbolism or magic and yet it makes use of all, along the way conjuring up images, names and surprising indirect associations not necessarily specifically Egyptian: alchemical texts, Castaneda without the peyote, rainforest shamans minus the ayahuasca, crop circles… And there’s an urgency to it, obviously shared by the author and successfully conveyed. It keeps you (me, certainly!) reading.”

After spending an inordinate amount of time assisting Ms. Evans on all aspects of pre-production of this book, I had the opportunity to finally understand the message delivered by it in some depth by reading it ONLY for personal reasons like any other book. I must say, in reading it as it now stands, I will need to re-re-re-read it in full (not in a critical way, but because there is so much to “digest”, as JAW might say) again and again.

MML Press is also offering a $2.00 discount with purchase from our secure “The Voice of the Pyramid” E-store. Just add discount code MYMP6YNR when you check out.

I am currently 2 weeks away from releasing “Dreams of the Magus – Where Angels Fear to Tread” which is most directly a guide to liberation, revealing aspects of the “Enlightenment” process from the most basic to the advanced attitudes required of us as we place ourselves before our Source for our “final non-judgment” which takes place in every moment of every day. While I have been strongly influenced by certain teachers from a specifically small range of traditions, I have written this book in a way so it would be available to those who are not specifically involved in those same traditions, while those who are will recognize the influences. Specifics of these traditions matter not, for all paths do, indeed, lead to the same place, and can be simply deduced by reading this website and its blogs.

Dreams of the Magus has been a project that has been delayed for a variety of reasons, but in being consistent with my own ethos (and MML’s mission statement) I have been driven to finish it only so it can be shared. If some would be correct with popular theories, by making my “philosophies and attitudes” public in more depth than I have done so with this blog, I could be taking certain personal risk. However, due to the state of society (i.e. we, the people) at large, things must be said that could be considered dangerous and anti-social to the powers that be. It must be so if we are to build a new society and that community of peace that we so desire. This has not been, and is not being accomplished by any Whitehouse Administration or political body that I know of, but we all have our dreams. Of course, we also know by now that our personal spiritual and physical evolution is not a political issue, so we can’t look to our leaders to do what is important. Anyway, this is not to be considered a “plug” for my book “Dreams of the Magus” (that will come later), it is only “some personal observations” that I will be including with my postings on a more regular basis. ;D

Keter to Malkhut – Again

October 3, 2009 by Pete Madstone

So to continue, in this microcosm of what is always “running and returning”, I am back to elaborate from where I left off. Imbalance, of course, is always a risk, and plays a divine (for lack of a better term) role in our course. This imbalance exists so that we may find balance through correctional activities that compensate for vibrational (habitual or otherwise) shifts that we so relish (while, of course, denying them). The desire for balance teaches us our mobility – it teaches us to walk, and will teach us to recognize when we are faltering on our path. It is a good system.

The risks on the straight and narrow can all be sourced from one thing, and this is mistaking it for a short-cut, or a fast track. This path is actually more demanding, requiring a discipline hard to come by. By not exploring the branches of one’s potential through direct experience, the fruit on those branches could be said to be studied from a distance. This is, however, a relatively short-term condition (in the greater scheme of things), for as one reaches the central point of the tree, s/he is availed all that exists to the right and the left in a direct way, and can be willingly, albeit momentarily, in these realities as s/he chooses, knowing the price to be paid if this existence, or pole, is not balanced by its opposite, or mate.

Suffice it to say, whatever path one finds themselves on, it is one that leads somewhere – it is always one that leads to new realities, and new ways of thought and existence. Pitfalls are essentially irrelevent if seen as negative experience. Duality reveals itself as an illusion, and the journey is one that takes us to the place we find ourselves in, in each and every moment. If we cannot be where we are, we have failed, forsaking the present moment by a future moment that does not exist, and will only arrive malformed due to our own neglect of taking notice of where we are in this moment. We cheapen our own existence by thinking of it as less important, even mundane, in comparison to what we believe to be a positive trait – that called hope of a better future.

Hope is superficial, and sitting on a chair, wishing things were different. If you get up out of that chair, you are no longer hoping, you are creating. If you are totally within this creative activity without thought of its outcome, you are in the moment, and assured that all subsequent moments will unfold perfectly. This reality transcends all hope, and you stand as being the one responsible for your creation.

From Keter to Malkhut, and Back Again.

September 26, 2009 by Pete Madstone

On our journey from Keter to Malkhut, and following the same path used by the divine Archangel Lucifer, the Morning Star, the Bringer of Light, we arrive at our destination in a lightning flash. We falter not in our descent, and while it is NOT a fall as described by some, it is an appointment, and we do have our duties. We each have our own order, but each contributes to this plan of bringing light to what would otherwise be formless and empty. The earth exists only by each of our being present in this place, bringing light that we may not even be aware of to the Kingdom called Earth, and all the surrounding Cosmos in this one known universe. Among many other things, we are each Lucifer – the most beautiful one.

As our contribution of light is determined by our own realization of our souls purpose, I have chosen to do as I have done so many times in the past, throughout all time – and that is to play my small role as a “Keeper of the Knowledge”. There will be only one change in the plan this time, where as being a Keeper of this non-stuff, I must expose as much as I can before the time of change, or before my own time of departure from this plane (which, as far as I know, will not be for some time — this fact is not to justify my slowness in exposure of the truth, it is only just as it is. . .). You see, it must be done now, as the present unfolds itself into what we call the future, because it is dubious whether I will play this role again, or not. I will do as I have agreed, however, and continue to serve in this place until such time that things will be done. From that point on, I will move on to other things.

Even if left unfinished, as most work is, it will continue on by others of my own morbid kind, even as they work to this day. Even as I have not yet seen my own last day,  I will, albeit paradoxically, refuse to rush through something of great import. I will, however, continue to perform in due course, even if this course seems a bit erratic at times.

And so, our “descent” into Malkhut is really quite easy. There never was, and never will be, a battle prior to any descent of the light passing through the foundation of reality, into the physical realm, for the descent of light is built into the light’s own nature. There may be, from the perspective of the little minds of man, a hesitation (or struggle, but strictly on a personal level as one identifies with ego) prior to beginning a process such as this, but Nature’s incessant release of light, done in such an elegant and graceful way, results in a simplicity of existence that is always the marker of this same elegance, and a marker of one’s awareness.

Our difficulties as humans only arise as we ascend back unto the Crown of Keter, for there are two paths set out before us. There is straight and narrow, and there is the meandering and wandering (both must be taken with the clarity of intent and integrity, however). The former may be observed as the path of the Staff, and the later best described as the path of the Serpent. One serves more quickly, while the other provides a spiral sort of scenic route — both come with thier own challenges, flavors, attitudes, rewards, and pitfalls for the ill-prepared (which, by the way, most of us are). Seen as the mutating, rising pheonix born of a “worm-like” creature, as we learn to fly, like any bird, we might choose either method to get whaere we are going. Our biggest need at this point is to understand the Tree  from which we were born.

Of our options, humanity, as a whole, will usually choose the path of the winding serpent, but will do so with a great lack of the requisite intent, and they will experience little progress with their insipid weaknesses, flipping between worlds within duality, and swinging with the momentum of a slow and massive pendulum. The Staff is the anchor in all this, and will provide the balance as a tightrope walker’s pole. Awareness of the center always provides balance when taking risks, or when rushing in where angels fear to tread.

The downside of this serpentine, spiraling ascent becomes apparent by the inertia of Humanity’s general dislike for change. Hypnosis falls into place with its partner sleep, and we find an uncomfortable situation that will always arise when cycles change. We forever are unwilling to accept these changes. Control of the uncontrollable is the choice commonly made as a result of this fear of change, and this manifests on the two outer pillars of the Tree of Life in the following way:

Masculine strength begins to feel threatened by the dominant feminine on the left, and the reactionary and masuline, explosive qualities of Mars assert themselves in an imbalanced way. The Masculine within the Feminine strikes out from fear of weakness in a Feminine realm. This becomes an irrelevant seeking of power for survival itself, while survival is not an issue whatsoever. This is really a simple refusal of self-growth, and as silly as it sounds, it is a reality today. Our military forces exist for a single purpose: to exert force on those who we believe might want us to face those all those fearful changes that could actually make us better people. This is a place where men laugh without reason.

At the exact moment this takes place, there is another response of equal importance taking place exactly opposite on the Tree of Life. The benevolent and compassionate Feminine nature of Jupiter (existing in the realm of the Masculine) begins to submit, and quickly and willingly falls into the role of a sufferer, or martyr. Acceptance of betrayal and domination becomes an admirable trait in this imbalance, and self-growth ends here, as well. This is a place where women cry without reason.

There is no victim in this imbalance of power, for one did not usurp it from another, it happened with willing participants on both sides. Power is corrupted regardless of gender, for both misuse it at this point.

A Third?

September 1, 2009 by Pete Madstone

It has occurred to me that having a third of myself might actually be quite useful, as well. I could then have him (or her?) devote him/herself to this blog. I do regret to say, other than the managing of three personalities, which, by the way would be, hopefully, as similar to each other as possible so my wife wouldn’t notice three of me running around (she hasn’t noticed that I am doubled, yet), could be time intensive on its own, but I am also concerned with the extreme effort required of me simply to just double.

So for now, this is something I can only ponder. . ..

Delays and Apologies

August 17, 2009 by Pete Madstone

It seems the rhythms of life sometimes occilate between feast and famine, and it would be our practice to modulate this swing of the pendulum to avoid any such extremes. Needless to say, my arbitration skills in such an arena seem to have been a little skewed in such short and recent times, and this would be the cause of my neglect on MML postings, and more importantly, Madstone pages. For this I apologize, but instead of making excuses, I offer you this.

In recent months I had nearly finished writing a book, and had been devotedly doing editing and polishing to present it for a first read prior to seeking a publisher. Then, another book came into my hands (not written by me) that required my preliminary editing skills, and then my focus as first reader. From writer to reader I went, overnight, setting aside my own projects for one dear to me. This I am completely happy to do, for I needed a diversion from the mundane act of “finishing” the book I had in progress.

As I was working on this other project, I was reminded of a book I had written a few years ago, and feeling it was time to bring this one to the public (as I have said – I believe the time for secrets, and for holding back, are over), also. So, out of curiosity, I opened up this old document, and was actually enjoying what I had written, and able to read it as if I were NOT the author of such strange and interesting ideas. Since I am the author of this third text now in its last stages of progress, I would have to refrain from saying what I just did, for fear (I know, there is no fear) of being accused of being egotistic.

All this booking now consumes my time, so I have needed to create a parallel timeline so that I can build my house (not a metaphoric one, either), which is a self-build, and so this requires all my time on my other “parallel” schedule. I kid you not, contrary to my feelings about cloning sheep, I had no hesitation about doing it to (or with?) myself, and so I stand now as two.

Of course, procrastination and relaxation are on my to-do list, but we all know that things on that list are never done, so I leave my other projects off that list. I will make appropriate mention when these books will be available to the public, and would like to thank you now for your patience, attention, AND love!

Epitaph

June 15, 2009 by Pete Madstone

king_crim_courtf

The wall on which the prophets wrote
Is cracking at the seams.
Upon the instruments of death
The sunlight brightly gleams.
When every man is torn apart
With nightmares and with dreams,
Will no one lay the laurel wreath
As silence drowns the screams.

Between the iron gates of fate,
The seeds of time were sown,
And watered by the deeds of those
Who know and who are known;
Knowledge is a deadly friend
When no one sets the rules.
The fate of all mankind I see
Is in the hands of fools.

Confusion will be my epitaph.
As I crawl a cracked and broken path
If we make it we can all sit back
and laugh.
But I fear tomorrow I’ll be crying,
Yes I fear tomorrow I’ll be crying.

All in Your Mind

May 17, 2009 by Pete Madstone

As stars, a fault of vision, a lamp,
A mock show, dew drops, or a bubble,
A dream, a lightning flash, or a cloud,
So should one view what is conditioned.

Mahayana Diamond (Cutter) Sutra

In the Science of Meditation I mention the importance of ownership – ownership in all you perceive, feel and think, including all those things you would prefer not to experience. This might not be a comfortable proposition, but a complete necessity if you wish to experience the brilliance that you actually are, and the brilliance that makes the universe exactly what it is. Transcendence of the sticky, ugly, and glamorous* is always just behind the sticky, ugly, and glamorous. It is only your translation of what you perceive that makes these things what they are. We define and categorize all things into two boxes, likes and dislikes, and thus limit their expression, and their capacity for beauty. We limit the ugly from expressing its beautiful truth, and and in the same way we limit what we love from being infinitely crisp – all by definition.

Truthful words are not beautiful; beautiful words are not truthful.
Good words are not persuasive; persuasive words are not good.

Lao Tzu

Yes, all things are equal, and they are all an intrinsic part of what we each are. We stand in high places tinged with arrogance, thinking we control the world. When something happens that proves this wrong, we become hapless victims of an aberration in the system. It is really us in this frame of mind who are the aberration – we cannot even control our own thoughts or understand what it is we are defining, let alone actually control our own realities. We are the only ones who lose in this game of supremacy and separation. The good news is that as you gain an ability to control your thoughts and responses to all these things, your consciousness begins to shift away from the Cartesian, mechanistic viewpoint of the living universe, and you become a member of life. By this, you create an opportunity to see the simple shining truth behind all that is, as it is. You can accept so much more as this perceptual balance finds its way into your life.

This balance comes from compassion, not sympathy. Compassion is a state of conscious detachment and love, while sympathy requires judgement and comparison. Separation results from the latter, while connectedness results from the former, as you claim ownership, and therefore unity, with the subject of your compassion, be it a loved one, a stranger, an enemy, a tree, the earth, and consciousness itself. Once compassion enters your external world, you can see it actually arises from within, as all things do.

I must, out of fairness, and before complaining of lesser deeds, mention a few things we can be proud of, things brought about by correct and ethical thought:

The government of India allowing complete residency of the Tibetan nation on their lands, including the freedom to practice their own religion, while Tibet itself lays under siege by China for plutonium and other natural resources.

Programs put into place helping the homeless and disenfranchised unconditionally, without the need for religious worship or conversion.

The abolishment of Black Slavery in America, and the ending of sales of African peoples to the “superior” white race.

The reinstatement by Jimmy Carter of our Native Americans right to religious freedom.

Random acts of kindness performed daily on an individual basis, with no regard for reward or recognition.

These things are all a part of us, and within each of us, whoever we may be (or appear to be).

I must now present a list of events caused by misperceptions and childish fears becoming manifest:

The Corporate Military franchising death and dismemberment for profit.

The complete disregard for animal rights through the food, drug/ chemical, fashion, and pedigree mill industries, not to mention individuals abusing thier own pets.

The complete disregard of a child’s innocence, and its right to grow unhindered into a functional, dynamic adult.

The hatred directed to others through religious, race, or geographic righteousness and conceit.

The raping of our planet and indigenous peoples and nations who choose to live differently

You already know that, indeed, all things do come to pass in this world, but there is a small piece of bad news to share with you. These later five examples of cruelty and injustice are, also, each a part of each of us, without exception. I don’t mean this metaphorically, but literally, in an archetypal sense. We own all these thing, bad or good, as they are sourced from within us, within the recesses of our minds.

It is a fact that cannot be denied: the wickedness of others becomes our own wickedness
because it kindles something evil in our own hearts.

Carl Jung

Something cannot be kindled unless it already exists, and everything does exist within us as specific archetypal energies. Jung was right on with this one, but he was limited to a certain extent by his prior Freudian association. He broke out of the Morrison, Oedipal, Mother- Love, Father- Kill paradigm, but had not developed the archetypal reality to anywhere near its fullest capacity (This will be discussed later). Again and again, all things that exist in this life, also exist within us, as archetypal energies. It is up to us to examine our fears that keep us from these dark places within ourselves, for it is by avoidance of our own shadows that all these things come to be. If we confronted these “darker” forces, and turned the battle to within, there would be no reason for humanity to act-out in the way it does. It is our denial that perpetuates that which are revolted by.

When a certain critical mass is achieved “within” humanity, or its consciousness, we will begin to see profound changes take place with how humanity expresses itself. Humanity, as a mass, is currently wrapped into a paradigm that is exploring all our deepest fears and expressions of that “darkness” that could possibly be imagined – but these fears are all being externalized. It is unfortunate that these dramas have to be manifest, and that we cannot simply leave them in the realms of our minds, and take personal and individual responsibility for them. The battle of good and evil, the battle with our shadows can only be fought within ourselves. It is up to each of us to deal with those things that arise in each of us on an individual basis. This is what it is, and that’s that, but it is going to change.

There is a church that sits upon a rock, a rock founded on the beliefs and attitudes of a sadly pathetic, weak, and easily-threatened disciple named Peter. Peter was what we might call the first male-chauvinist. He hated Mary Magdalene with a passion, bitter for the attention laid upon her by Jesus, wishing it was he receiving the Master’s love. Based upon this hatred, this church grew to expound the fears of all that is feminine, all that is mysterious and dark, and all that is woman. It is this temple in the earth, this dark, moist cavern where all the secrets of life lay to be revealed, that we have been running from. Whether we be man or woman, we all have this archetypal woman within, and it is this woman that has been repressed, chastised, and threatened for some thousands of years – years even before our dying church was built upon the rock in Rome- the rock that contains the tomb of Peter. Isn’t it ironic that a man so fearful of the temple of the Earth be buried deeply within it?

We are awakening to the feminine, and as the feminine unfolds, we must be wary that we are not simply disguising more of currently abused masculine nature behind a mask of femininity, as is being done by woman in suits and places of power even in these days of transformation. There are those women who have forsaken the same integrity that man gave up on eons ago, thinking they represent the “fairer sex” while donning “the suit”, and completely ignoring their own right-sided feminine nature. They, too, seek power for powers sake, not knowing this kind of power carries no true reward, for it has become a commodity of the Boys Club. These women are no more capable of changing things then our men are. This also is just what it is, and that’s that, but it is going to change.

We must also be wary that we don’t take the momentum of the pendulum of the ages and let it sway to the extreme far right, excluding all that is masculine. This would only repeat the same mistakes we have seen throughout the ages, as we know them. We must settle into the corpus collosum of the theater of life, centered directly between the right and left, take up semi-permanent residence at the head of our glandular systems, and govern ourselves from this golden throne that lays only a few inches behind our eyes.

Life will continue on quite successfully in its own way, we just need to allow it. This cultural swing of the pendulum, and the allowance of masculine vs. feminine age shifts are a making of our own. These cultural ages are not natural events. We must, as a culture, bring this pendulum swing to a standstill, while allowing the motion and exploration of those forces that “spontaneously arise” (like 9-11) to take place only within us. If we can allow and control those forces within us, remaining fully aware of their rhythmic presence, we will experience true psychological homeostasis as individuals – individuals who are part of a greater mass, a greater humanity. All this simply by self-examination, as all this is all in your mind. Accept this, and we shall move on.

* note: I use this term as it was originally used, meaning spell, or illusion, usually cast by some “wicked” magician.
